TechWare has created a solution to your Preventative Maintenance needs. MainTrac is maintenance management software (CMMS) that allows you to schedule maintenance maintenance projects so that emergencies are a thing of the past.  Schedule maintenance items, hours, and downtime for every department. 

Within each Department/Process "tab" is a grid which shows the status of maintenance on each machine. The user defines which repair items are MAJOR or MINOR. 

 RED = MAJOR ITEM REPAIR             YELLOW = MINOR ITEM REPAIR             GREEN = OKAY 

Each machine in the grid has its own "block" which identifies the machine  and shows the number of major/minor repairs. Click on the machine "block" for history on maintenance, repair parts and down time. Reports for maintenance  analysis and scheduling can also be accessed from the same screen.

It doesn't get any easier than this!  MainTrac will allow the user to set up preventative maintenance schedules for review and action.  Based on machine requirements, you can schedule and report necessary repairs or parts replacement.  View information by Process, Location and Priority.  Record repair dates and machine down time quickly and easily. Proactively keep your machines running smooth and the quality of your product number one.

With just a click of your mouse, get an accurate sense of history on each machine's down time, maintenance schedule and parts used for repairs. Reports for analysis and scheduling can also be accessed from the same screen. Add scheduled repairs or new maintenance items as you go.
