Annual Support Plan:   TechWare Incorporated is committed to providing the best technical support for our products that we can offer.  To obtain optimal performance, follow-up care and technical support, we believe it is necessary that customers maintain Annual Support Plans in order to gain full benefit of  TechWare software.  Understanding that different customers have different needs, we offer our applications with and without an Annual Support Plan.  We look forward to working with each of our customers to assure the smooth operation of TechWare Incorporated products.

 

Basic Support Coverage:  TechWare Incorporated software, reports and collection drivers.

Basic Support Inclusions: 10 additional hours of  combined remote PC or on-site support,

          programming, training, maintenance, etc.

 Unlimited priority telephone support.

                                                                                      Discounts on new versions

                                                         Reduced cost on additional support and remote PC support hours.

                                      Installation of updates and upgrades via remote access.

                                      Cost:                                      25% of application price.  Annually renewable.

With the speed of the internet and any Web browser, TechWare has instant access to your LogBook software allowing us to assist you immediately!  No matter if you're here in Mooresville, NC or in Bangkok, Thailand, these easy and secure services work to put us in touch as soon as you need us. 

  • GoToMyPC™, by Citrex®, expands the possibilities of remote PC access. 

  • pcANYWHERE™, by Symantec, is a remote, dial-in support feature.  Customers must have a modem and the pcANYWHERE™ remote communications program. 

  • DameWare™  provides powerful & versatile remote control software for Windows operating systems.

  • VCN Viewer is cross-platform, allowing remote control between different types of computers

  • Contivity VPNClient The Nortel VPN Client provides user-side ('client') functionality for secure remote access over IP networks.  

 

Custom Programming Options:  We cater to a diverse group of companies with different production and research goals.  Because of this, you will find that all of our products come  with a wide variety of reports and graphs that the user can easily customize.  We are also aware, that because of these diverse needs, some of our standard reports and graphs may require changes.  We offer custom programming to adapt to, and meet the needs of all our clients.
